The dinner will be fleishig, but we would like to accommodate individuals who are vegetarian or pescatarian. Please check the box if you would like a vegetarian or pescatarian option. Leave blank if it does not apply to you.

Please note: If making payment through a donor-advised fund, those funds cannot be used for the non-tax deductible portion of the event. As of Feb 5 2025, the non-tax deductible portion will be not more than $125. This figure may be revised downward later in February.
